By purchasing a ticket and attending Masquerade de Morte, the attendee agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Haunting Hands Entertainment, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur during the event.

 

The attendee acknowledges the inherent risks associated with participating in a Halloween-themed event and assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being. This waiver extends to all risks, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. The attendee also grants permission to Haunting Hands Entertainment to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to these terms and conditions.
